Why I Started Coding
After decades of managing complex construction projects, I realized that the same principles apply to software: planning, execution, iteration, and continuous improvement.
With AI tools like Claude Code, the barrier to entry has lowered significantly. You don't need to memorize syntax—you need to understand problems and solutions.
My PMP discipline helps me approach software projects methodically. Every bug is a punch list item. Every feature is a work package.
